Ms. Victoria Ruth, age 88, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Pruitt Health Nursing Home.
Mrs. Victoria Ruth also affectionally known as "Mouse" by her family and friends was born in Savannah, GA on March 1, 1930 to the late Boise Ruth and Rebecca Pringle.
She was raised in Savannah, GA with her brother, James Keys and her two sisters, Elizabeth Pullin and Lillian Butler. She had one daughter, Shirley Ruth, who preceded her death. Victoria attended the Savannah Public School and a member of Miller's Temple. She loved the Lord and served him faithfully. Her bright smile and vibrant personality always brought joy to those around her, especially her friends at Moses Jackson Senior Center where she enjoyed knitting, arts, and crafts and most of all, the bustrips.
Victoria's passion was reading the bible and knitting. She was always making something for others. Her family and friends will miss her, but we find peace and courage in knowing that she will not suffer anymore. All of her sickness and burdens were put behind her when she departed this life in Pruitt Healthcare in Savannah, GA on July 28, 2018 and went to be with the Lord.
Loving memories will linger in the hearts of her nephews, James Bennett (Jewel), Tommy Pullin, Randy Pullin, Stanley Pullin(Ana), Alfonso Butler, Anthony Butler (Tasha), nieces, Lavon Pullin and Patricia Battle (Clifford) a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 4, 2018 at
Miller's Temple First Born Church 2306 Hopkins St. Savannah, GA
